Patient is a 34-year-old woman who underwent bilateral total mastectomies with a bilateral implant reconstruction, and subsequent left sided failure. In addition, she developed a significant capsular contracture of the right breast implant. She presented for left reconstruction and revision of the right reconstructed breast. She underwent a left latissimus flap with an implant. She underwent revision of the right breast with removal of implant capsules and implant exchange.
Patient is a 48-year old woman who underwent bilateral total mastectomies with a failed right impact reconstruction. She underwent a delayed reconstruction with a right latissimus flap and implant placement. She underwent revision of the left reconstructed breast with exchange to a larger implant of symmetry. In addition she underwent adjuvant autologous fat grafting to both breast.

Patient is a 53 year old woman who underwent a previous direct to pant reconstruction with radiation therapy to the right breast. Due to subsequent infection, the tight implant was removed. She underwent secondary reconstruction with a latissimus flap and tissue expander, which was subsequently exchanged for a permanent implant. She is seen here to following nipple reconstruction as will as autologous fat grafting. She deferred nipple tattooing.
