Breast

Patient is a 34-year-old woman who underwent bilateral total mastectomies with a bilateral implant reconstruction, and subsequent left sided failure. In addition, she developed a significant capsular contracture of the right breast implant.  She presented for left reconstruction and revision of the right reconstructed breast. She underwent a left latissimus flap with an implant. She underwent revision of the right breast with removal of implant capsules and implant exchange.

Patient is a 48-year old woman who underwent bilateral total mastectomies with a failed right impact reconstruction. She underwent a delayed reconstruction with a right latissimus flap and implant placement. She underwent revision of the left reconstructed breast with exchange to a larger implant of symmetry. In addition she underwent adjuvant autologous fat grafting to both breast.

Patient is a 49 year old woman with a history of right breast cancer, who underwent bilateral total mastectomies with a tissue expander/implant reconstruction.

Patient is a 48 year old woman who underwent a root Toal mastectomy with an expander/implant reconstruction. She underwent subsequent fat grafting and nipple reconstruction, as well as a left breast lift for symmetry.

Patient is a 68 year old woman who underwent a left total mastectomy with an expander/implant reconstruction. She then underwent subsequent fat grafting to the left breast, and a left nipple reconstruction with subsequent nipple tattooing. She also underwent a right breast lift for symmetry.
