57 year old woman with a previous history of abdominal surgery who desired improved abdominal contour and excision of the abdominal scar. She underwent excision of the scar as part of a tummy tuck with diastasis repair. She is seen 6 months after surg
46 year old woman underwent a 150lb weight loss following gastric sleeve surgery. As a result of her
massive weight loss, she had significant horizontal and vertical skin laxity of her abdomen. To achieve maximal
skin tightening, she underwent a fleur-de-lis style abdominoplasty. In addition she had a rectus plication
to address abdominal muscle laxity.
This 32 year old woman presented for improved abdominal contours following previous pregnancies. She underwent an abdominoplasty and rectus plication to address post-partum skin and muscle laxity.
The patient is a 32 year old woman presented with complaints of skin laxity of the abdomen after loosing
140lbs following a gastric bypass. Because she desired maximal skin excision for the flattest contour
possible, she elected for a fleur-de-lis patterned abdominoplasty. Because of significant laxity of her
neck, breasts, arms and upper torso, she underwent additional recontouring procedures, seen elsewhere.
