Tyler Nealy

Tyler has been a practicing as a licensed registered nurse since 2014 where he started his nursing career at VCU Health in Cardiology. Tyler worked in the Cardiac Cath Lab for three years and was promoted to a leadership role for pre- and post-op cardiology patients. After attending an injectable training through AAI (American Aesthetics Institute) he continued his mentorship under Shelly Montante, NP, to grow his talents as a aesthetic provider. Tyler has been alongside the Montante Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics team since 2021, where he continues to provide the absolute best care to each of our patients. Creating confidence throughout the metro Richmond area.

Throughout the day, you can find Tyler sharpening his skills as an aesthetic injector, coaching team members on the latest trends in aesthetics, and studying to become an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Specializing in treatments, such as:
