Patient is a 55 year old woman with a history of right sided breast cancer who underwent bilateral total mastectomies. Due to her breast size, she underwent bilateral total mastectomies through a breast reduction- patterned mastectomy. She is seen here following exchange of her initial expander to a permanent implant. She deferred nipple reconstruction.
