Patient is a 32 year old woman who was unhappy with the loss of her breast volume following her pregnancies. She desired enhancement of her breast size to be more proportional to her overall body shape. Sh underwent bilateral breast augmentation with 490 cc implants placed in the subfascial position. She is seen here 3 months post-op with a very natural proportionable appearance.
