Patient is a 48 year old woman complained of breast heaviness, neck and shoulder pain, and shoulder grooves. She underwent preoperative physical therapy and tried numerous bras without symptom relief. She underwent bilateral breast reduction with complete resolution of her preoperative symptoms. Distinguishing tattoos have been removed to protect identity.
