Patient is a 52 year old woman who underwent previous left lumpectomy, resulting in breast asymmetry. To address her concerns, she underwent simultaneous breast augmentation with a periareolar breast lift. To correct her lumpectomy defect, she underwent fat grafting to the left breast.
