Patient is a 42 year old women who underwent a bilateral direct to implant breast reconstructions following nipple sparing mastectomies. She underwent subsequent bilateral breast fat grafting, as well as some nipple tattooing to address mild pigment loss.
Patient is a 53 year old woman who underwent a previous direct to pant reconstruction with radiation therapy to the right breast. Due to subsequent infection, the tight implant was removed. She underwent secondary reconstruction with a latissimus flap and tissue expander, which was subsequently exchanged for a permanent implant. The patient is a 17 year young woman with a large benign tumor of the right breast. Due to her preoperative breast shape and size, she was a good candidate for a breast reduction patterned lumpectomy and reconstruction with breast tissue rearrangement. She underwent a left reduction for symmetry. She was able to achieve both excision of the tumor and relieve of symptoms due to her breast size.

Patient is a 32 year old woman desired breast enhancement from her pre-op 34B cup bra. Sh underwent breast augmentation with silicone implants placed in the dual plane position through a periareolar incision.

Patient is a 40 year old woman who presented with complaints of loss of breast volume as well as abdominal skin laxity following pregnancy. She desired restoration of her pre-pregnancy breast volume and shape as well as re-contouring of her abdomen. Because of avid fitness activities, she did not want any changes in her pectoralis muscle. Because of her concern for scarring, she was interested in a breast lift. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with placement of silicone gel implants in a subfascial position.
