A Message from Montante Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics

Special greetings everyone,

We hope that this message finds everyone physically, mentally, and emotionally healthy. Our world has been turned upside down over the last few months by something out of any of our control. The events as of late have evoked so many thoughts and fears that we never thought we would have to encounter during our lifetime. Each person has their own coping mechanism or thought process when dealing with this pandemic that will be forever known as COVID-19.

Our Reopening and a “New Normal”

Ultimately, our society must move forward and embrace a “new normal.” Montante Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics will be opening its doors to appointments beginning May 11, 2020. That said, we would like to take this opportunity to explain our “new normal” that we have implemented to keep everyone as safe and as socially distanced as possible.

New, Safe, and Efficient Protocols

For those of you who have been to our new practice, you are aware that our office layout will enable minimal interaction with other patients (several rooms) and has the ability to facilitate a one-direction flow. Simply put, we have one door in the front that will serve as an entrance and one in the back that will serve as the exit.

When you schedule your appointment, please keep in mind that we have to space appointments safely, and we will have special requests for you. One of these requests is that prior to leaving your home for your appointment, you may want to ensure that we are running on schedule.

Once you arrive at the office building, please call from your car to alert us that you have arrived for your appointment, at which time we will either ask you to come into our office or standby in your car momentarily.

Only the patient scheduled for the appointment will be permitted in the office for a visit, unless you’re a minor or require assistance. Every room will be terminally cleaned, per usual, and rooms will be alternated with 30-60 minutes of no occupancy time.

Masks are essential for everyone. If you do not have a mask, please advise us at the time of scheduling appointments, and we will assist you in obtaining one. Our practice is committed to your safety, and we will modify our scheduling practices as advised by authorities.

Be well, be safe, and be you.

Thank you for being a part of our family. We look forward to seeing you all as soon as you feel you are ready.

Love,

Montante Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics
